The audio launch of Nanban held at the Hindustan College Grounds in Coimbatore December 23rd at 5 PM. Prabu received the audio from Vijay’s dad and director SA Chandrasekar.
Praising Vijay, Shankar said that he is one actor after Rajinikanth to be present on the sets punctually. Jiiva, Sathyaraj, Srikanth, SJ Suryah and others had good words to share about their co-stars.
Vijay entertained the audiences by the song Yedho Unnale from the film. During this speech, he thanked director Shankar for giving him the chance to star in Nanban.
Shankar says when he was in busy schedule with Endhiran, the shooting was delayed one fine day. The day pulled him to see 3 Idiots. Without delay he saw the film, Shankar said that he decided to go for a remake. That’s it Nanban was born!
